Wrathion is 1 of the 2 factions added to World of Warcraft Dragonflight expansion as a part of the Valdrakken Accord reputation. Unlockable simply by reaching level 70 along with its rival faction Sabellian. Unlike other rival factions in the game, like Aldors and Scryers, farming reputation with Wrathion does not lower your rep with Sabellian and vice versa.

The first step will be picking Wrathion side by completing a weekly world quest, “Allegiance to One”. The main source of reputation will be keys.
