Tidebound Grotto

The Tidebound Grotto Boost: A solo run through the Tidebound Grotto taking down Nymrissa Wavecaller on whatever difficulty you choose. Unlike a full blown raid, you only have to worry about one boss – making it super easy to squeeze this run into your weekly routine and get another shot at some useful gear.

It comes in Normal, Heroic, and Mythic – so pick the one that best fits your current level of gear and the kind of loot you’re looking for.

What you get out of it is:

• A kill of Nymrissa Wavecaller on the difficulty of your choice
• gear from the boss’s loot table
• stuff that’ll help you upgrade your gear
• some progress towards your Great Vault
• an achievement for knocking down the boss
• a small chance of getting some useful gear for your class – like a good weapon or a bit of armor
• the benefit of being able to do it without having to find and assemble a group to do it with.

Tidebound Grotto is a really useful addition to your weekly routine – especially if you’re already running raids and Mythic+ but could always use a bit more gear.

Loot Options

You can choose your loot distribution to suit what you’re after.

• Group Loot – the standard way of doing it where everyone gets a shot at the loot that drops
• Unsaved Group Loot – you get a few more players in the run who aren’t saved to the boss, so you’ve got a bit more chance of getting some loot that way.
• Armor/Tier Priority – you get priority on items that match your armor type and you’re also eligible for tier pieces – good if you just want to gear up faster
• Full Priority – your character gets priority on loot that’s suitable for you – ideal if you just want to get as many useful bits as you can from a single run.

Of course the actual number and sort of items you get depends on what the boss drops, so you can’t ever know for sure what you’ll get even with the highest priority, but it’s worth a shot.
