Item’s unique active ability – Fire Blast. Ability casts during 2 seconds and deals 122,691-245,492 damage to your enemy. However, there’s a chance to strike your allies that are within 10 yards from you. Ability cooldown is 2 minutes, but if the fire blast kills a group member – it decreases by 90 seconds.
