This World of Warcraft item suits all Caster classes who lack movement speed, like Preservation Evloker, Holy Priest, Holy Paladin, Arcane Mage, etc.
When a player puts on a Trinket, he gets a high chance to release Unstable Flames. This increases Haste by 90 but deals 653 points of damage every second for 14 seconds.
