Spoils of Neltharus is a rare trinket in World Of Warcraft Dragonflight that can be obtained in Neltharus Dungeon from Warlord Sargha boss with 8.21% drop rate. To increase the level of the item the player must pass the Mythic+ key at high levels. The item has active and passive ability. It is also suitable for classes and specs with basic stat Intellect such as Arcane Mage, Holy Paladin, Balance Druid, Shadow Priest, Devastation Evoker and so on.
