Neltharion’s Call to Chaos is an epic World Of Warcraft trinket that drops from Neltharion in Aberrus, the Shadowed Crucible raid with 12,52 drop rate. The character’s damage is significantly increased because of this special item’s extremely high Critical Strike. The only classes and specifications for which a trinket is appropriate are Warrior, Paladin, Mage, Demon Hunter, and Evoker.
