Masked Chuckler is a title added to the World of Warcraft game during the Warlords of Draenor expansion in patch 6.0.1 and is obtainable by reaching an exalted reputation with the Laughing Skull Orcs faction. You need to earn “Laughing Skull Orcs” achievement, which will reward you with the Masked Chuckler title.
How to get the Masked Chuckler title:
To earn an achievement, you need to build and upgrade your Trading Post to level 2 in the Garrison. Constructing this building is the only way to gain access to this faction. Gaining a reputation with the Laughing Skull Orcs is pretty straightforward but very grindy. The only way to move up through the reputation levels, all the way to Exalted, is to kill high-level mobs in two areas of Gorgrond.
