The Violet Spellwing is a unique flying mount added to World of Warcraft during the original Legion expansion. It was a quest reward for defeating Argus the Unmaker, the final boss in Antorus, the Burning Throne raid, on Heroic or Mythic difficulty. Once the boss was defeated, players were able to loot the Blood of the Unmaker item. Interacting with it started a “Blood of a Titan” quest. The quest itself was fairly easy – simply bring the Blood to Archmage Khadgar in Dalaran and get the Kirin Tor Summoning Crystal as a reward. This crystal is the item that teaches players how to summon Violet Spellwing.
Now, in Legion Remix, this amazing Arcane-looking mount is once again available for all WoW players. The means of obtaining it are the same – the Blood of the Titan quest. With that being said, completing the quest will be the easiest part. The hardest part – defeating Argus the Unmaker on Heroic or higher difficulty in time, before Violet Spellwing becomes unavailable again.
