Royal Voidwing is a unique flying mount added to World of Warcraft: The War Within with the release of the Manaforge Omega raid in Season 3. This is Season 3 Ahead of the Curve mount, awarded for everyone capable of defeating Dimensius, the All-Devouring, on Heroic or Higher difficulty. Its model is similar to Uncorrupted Voidwing, an AotC mount from Ny’alotha raid, but has a unique mount-up animation and flying sound, as well, plus Royal Voidwing is covered in armor and wears a cool-looking helmet. Overall, Royal Voidwing is a great mount, especially for those who missed the Battle For Azeroth expansion and Ny’alotha raid.
Royal Voidwing is obtained through a quest that players get after defeating Dimensius, the All-Devouring boss in Manaforge Omega on Heroic or Mythic difficulty. Once the boss is defeated, everyone in the group can loot Mark of the Twilight Oath, which will start the Twilight Oath’s End quest. Simply bring this item to Ve’nari at The Oasis and get your mount. The quest itself is simple, but besting Dimensius is not going to be easy.
