This mount is obtainable through a rare drop from an elite NPC in the Azure Span zone named Breezebiter. He can be found at the Traitor’s rest location, east of the Iskaara Tuskarr camp. Breezebiter is a gnoll patrolling the area on top of a Slyvern creature. He has a 1.8% chance to drop Reins of the Liberated Slyvern.
