Mark of the Ashtongue is available for purchase for 1250 Timewarped Badges. They can be earned by completing specific dungeons and raids during the Timewalking events. It doesn’t have to be Outland specifically, but Mark of the Ashtongue is only available for purchase during that specific one. Mark of the Ashtongue is sold by a new TBC vendor named Cupri located in the middle of Shattrath City.
