The Old Gnome and the Sea in WoW WotLK is yet another fishing achievement. In order to complete it you’ll have to successfully fish from a school. You’ll need a fishing pole and bait to do that. And to find a school of course. All and all, pretty straightforward achievement.
A few cool things about The Old Gnome and the Sea achievement is that it is a nod to Ernest Hemingway’s novella The Old Man and the Sea, and it is a part of ultimate fishing achievement Accomplished Angler. So if you are aiming for that Salty title you’ll need this one as well.
