Whistler's Whim

For reaching one of the major ranks, you’ll get Trials Engram. This engram can be focused in Saint-14 vendor menu with a chance of rewarding you with Whistler Whim. Or you can get to rank 16 with Saint-14 and focus all your engrams into Whistler Whim.
