How to get Hierarchy of Needs?

Season 19 introduced a new dungeon: Spire of the Watcher and 7 new weapons. Our exotic bow drops from the last boss of this dungeon with a rather low chance. There is 3 ways to increase your chances – completing Thriumps. However, those are rather hard to do:

• Devil in the Details Triumph
• Spire of the Watchers Dungeon Solo
• Master Difficulty

Completing all 3 of them at the same time might prove to be impossible, but Solo part should be somewhat easy.
