Diablo 4 Campaign is a Storyline mode that new characters have to finish before unlocking access to all of the endgame activities. It is an essential part of Diablo 4 Storytelling and will introduce players to the world of Sanctuary. The campaign itself is pretty lengthy, 35-40 hours of gameplay, and can be skipped if you have a character that has already finished it on your account. Those, who have fully completed the Campaign, will be rewarded with various loot and items.
The Campaign will take place 50 years after the events of Diablo 3, where the forces of evil once again threaten Sanctuary. Players will be able to choose from several classes and develop their character, gaining new skills and equipment as they progress through the game.
World of Sanctuary will feature 5 zones for players to explore:
You’ll have to visit all of them during the campaign. Players will meet a lot of new and old NPC’s that will help them along the way. One of which is Lorath, Horadrim from the previous game, and Inarius, the rogue angel of High Heavens. Together you’ll be tasked to stop Lilith, daughter of Mephisto and mother of Mankind.
