Echo of Neltharion is the 8th boss available for boosting in Aberrus raid dungeon in the World of Warcraft game. It was added with the Embers of Neltharion 10.1 WoW patch. This boss drops Tier “Shoulder” pieces, weapons, armor pieces and powerful trinkets for all classes. Our team can do all difficulties: LFR, Normal, Heroic and Mythic. Item level of rewards starts with 405 and goes up to 454 ilvl.
Echo of Neltharion boss breakdown, phases and tactics
Neltharion used to be the Aspect of Earth, before his transformation into Deathwing. He used his powers to build a laboratory deep beneath the surface. Now his visage resides within the Crucible and guards it.
Neltharion fight has 3 phases:
- The Earth Warder
- Corruption Takes Hold
- Reality Fractures
P1 starts with the Echoing Fissure spell that damages all players based on their distance to the caster. Previously created fissures echo the effect. Twisted Earth dividing a room with a rock wall. Players at the wall’s location are hit with Twisted Eruption that also divides the room and deals damage to nearby players. Rushing Shadows ability attacks several random enemies and knocks them back. If they hit Eruption, it Shatters with AoE. Calamitous Strike is a tanking mechanic with a knocking back and Shatter effect.
Phase 2 and 3 is all about Shadow AoE Attacks and mobs. Neltharion will Corrupt raid members for 30 seconds preventing them from grouping up. Sunder Shadow strike will aim at tanks and kick them away from their bodies. They’ll have to run back in as quickly as possible. Shattered Reality will spawn Twisted Aberrations and deal massive AoE in a 150 yards radius. Ebon Destruction is a potentially deadly cast you must hide from in portals created by a previous ability.
Last bosses in all WoW raids are designed to be the hardest challenge in the dungeon while providing the best drops and highest ilvl rewards.
